"How To" fill out the Parish Ministries sign-up online and upload the file directly to the church office.

1. Click on the underlined sentence above that says,"Click here to sign up for parish ministries."

2. Fill out the form from your computer. Just click on the fields marked in blue to enter the information.

3. When you have finished filling out the form, look at the top of the form page. You will see a tool bar with many symbols. The second symbol, the one you want to use, is of a computer disk. Run your cursor over this symbol and it will tell you, "Click to save this file to your computer or another location. Click on that computer disk symbol.

4. Save the filled out form as a file in a place you can easily find on your computer.

5. At the bottom of this page are dialogue boxes that allow you to upload the form directly to the church office. The title for this section below is "Upload Files."

6. Click on the Browse button under "Upload Files" to find your file where you saved it on your computer. Find the file and select the file.

7. The next box is "Your name." Just type your name in the box.

8. Next, in the "File info" box, type "Ministry Sign-up."

9. Finally, click the Upload button and your file will be directed electronically to the church office. Only church office personnel will be able to find and open the file.
