Long-Range, Strategic Plan Priorities


     Based upon the suggestions and Multi-vote from the Convocation on Friday, April 25, 2008, and the interesting juxtaposition of the top Strategic Solutions, the following priorities are recommended to the administration for immediate implementation (Top 10):

• Planning Area B: Administration & Finance 
177    B-1: How do we maintain the economic and financial viability of the school and parish?

• Planning Area D: Facilities
      172     D-1: How can we provide our Catholic community with efficient
    useful
and safe modern buildings that can meet the current and future
    needs of our community?

• Planning Area C: Marketing & Communication
  158      C-1: How can we become a unified Catholic community?

• Planning Area F: Personnel
 156  F-3:  How do we attract and retain quality personnel?

• Planning Area A: Catholic Identity & Mission
136 A-1: How do we make the practice of our faith our #1 priority?

• Planning Area E: Spiritual Life
143     E-2:  How can we engage children and teens in spirituality and
                        faith?

• Planning Area C: Marketing & Communication
     143  C-6: How can we better involve our students in our parish?

• Planning Area B: Administration & Finance
142    B-2:  How do we develop and allocate resources (financial,
personnel, and buildings).

141   B-3:  How do we attract and welcome new students and
   parishioners?

• Planning Area D: Facilities
  135    D-6:  How do we build/create a Master Plan to evaluate the future
use of existing and future facilities?
